A tech veteran with over 18 years of experience, Shaikh champions technology as a catalyst for social mobility. Recognizing digital access as a powerful income multiplier, he co-founded Byte to make tech and design universally accessible. Today, he spearheads the organization's overarching strategy and long-term vision.

An expert in talent development, Wilson translates his corporate HR experience into building people-centric community initiatives. At Byte, he drives our volunteer strategy—spearheading recruitment, training, and engagement to equip our team with the critical support they need to effect real, on-the-ground change.
